The store. This store is operated by Meridian Datum LLC under the Everhart brand. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Products. Every Everhart piece is set with real lab-grown diamonds in S925 sterling silver finished with 2.5-micron gold vermeil. Pieces set with a single stone of half a carat or more ship with an IGI certificate. Product photos are as true to life as we can make them; small variations between screens and stones are normal for jewelry.

Ordering and payment. Prices are in US dollars. We currently sell and ship within the United States only. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email; we may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill, and we will tell you why.

Shipping. Standard US shipping is free on every order; expedited is a flat $15 at checkout. Delivery estimates are our honest best guess, not a guarantee, and we will keep you updated with tracking.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery for a free return: unworn, in original packaging, no questions. The full process lives on the returns page.

Warranty. Every piece carries a 1-year stone-security guarantee, described on the warranty page. Vermeil is a real gold layer over precious metal and lasts for years with the habits in our care guide; wear against the guide (water, chemicals, abrasion) is not a defect.

The boring but necessary part. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If we update these terms, the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
