Terms of Service

The store. This store is operated by Everhart Jewelry LLC under the Everhart brand. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Products. Every Everhart piece is set with lab-grown diamonds in gold vermeil (2.5 microns of gold over S925 sterling silver) or S925 sterling silver; each product page lists its metal. Pieces set with a single stone of half a carat or more ship with an IGI certificate. Product photos are as true to life as we can make them; small variations between screens and stones are normal for jewelry.

Ordering and payment. Prices are in US dollars. We currently sell and ship within the United States only. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email; we may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill, and we will tell you why.

Shipping. Standard US shipping is free on every order; expedited is a flat $15 at checkout. Ready-to-ship pieces arrive in 2 to 5 business days and made-to-order pieces in 2 to 3 weeks; each product page shows the expected dates before you order. Delivery estimates are our honest best guess, not a guarantee, and we will keep you updated with tracking.

Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging, and we email you a prepaid return label. Engraved pieces are made for you and are final sale; they are still covered by the warranty. The full process lives on the returns page.

Warranty. Every piece carries a two-year warranty: if anything isn’t right with how it was made, we repair or replace it free, shipping included. The details are on the warranty page. Vermeil is a real gold layer over precious metal and lasts for years with the habits in our care guide; wear against the guide (water, chemicals, abrasion) is not a defect.

The boring but necessary part. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If we update these terms, the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
