Who we are. Everhart is a jewelry brand operated by Everhart Jewelry LLC. When this policy says "we", that is who it means. You can reach us any time through the contact page.

What we collect. When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email and payment details, which are processed securely by our commerce platform (Shopify) and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. If you join our email list or the Celestial waitlist, we keep your email address and the link you came from. We use them to send you updates about Celestial Smart Jewelry and to see which links bring people to us. We never ask about your health on the waitlist.

What we use it for. Filling and shipping your order, sending order and delivery updates, answering your messages, and (only if you opted in) occasional emails about new pieces and offers. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.

What we share. Your information goes only to the service providers who help us run the store: our commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and email tools, and only as far as needed to do their job. We also work with Google to measure our ads (see below). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Ads and measurement. We advertise on Google and YouTube, and the site uses a Google tag to tell us when someone who saw an ad goes on to join the waitlist. When you join, your email address is scrambled into a code on your device before it is sent to Google, so Google can match the sign-up to an ad without us handing over your actual email. Google may use cookies for this. You can turn off personalised Google ads at myadcenter.google.com. Under some US state privacy laws this kind of ad measurement can count as "sharing", and you can ask us to stop it for you through the contact page.

Cookies. The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, to understand, in aggregate, how the store is used, and to measure our ads as described above. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may stop working if you do.

Celestial Smart Jewelry and health data. The Celestial app is not live yet, so we collect no health data today. Before it collects anything from your ring, this policy will be updated to explain exactly what is collected, how it is stored and protected, and how to delete it. Your data is yours: it is never sold or rented.

Texts. We only text you if you tick the separate box to agree. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Children. Our store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices. Write to us through the contact page or at hello@everhartjewelry.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we will take care of it.
