The short version: we collect only what we need to fill your order and write to you when you ask us to, we never sell your information, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
Who we are. Everhart is a jewelry brand operated by Meridian Datum LLC. When this policy says "we", that is who it means. You can reach us any time through the contact page.
What we collect. When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email and payment details, which are processed securely by our commerce platform (Shopify) and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number. If you join our email list or a waitlist, we keep your email address and your signup preferences.
What we use it for. Filling and shipping your order, sending order and delivery updates, answering your messages, and (only if you opted in) occasional emails about new pieces and offers. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.
What we share. Your information goes only to the service providers who help us run the store: our commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and email tools, and only as far as needed to do their job. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies. The site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand, in aggregate, how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart may stop working if you do.
Your choices. Write to us through the contact page to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and we will take care of it.
