1-year stone-security guarantee. If a diamond comes loose or falls out during normal wear within one year of delivery, we replace the piece free. No receipts hunt, no arguing: write to us with your order number and a photo.

What's covered. Stone loss and setting failure in normal daily wear.

What's not. Loss of the whole piece, damage from impacts, chemicals or water exposure against the care guide, and normal surface wear of the vermeil finish.

After year one. Still write to us. We'll always help arrange a repair at fair cost; pieces from this house shouldn't retire over a fixable problem.
