Two-Year Warranty

What’s covered. For two years from delivery, anything that isn’t right with how your piece was made: a stone that comes loose or falls out in normal wear, a setting or clasp that fails, or a flaw in the finish. We repair or replace the piece free, shipping included. Engraved pieces are covered the same way, and a replacement is engraved again for you.

How to claim. Write to us from the contact page with your order number and a photo. No receipt hunt, no arguing.

What’s not covered. Loss of the piece, damage from knocks or accidents, and wear from water, chemicals or perfume against our care guide, including the normal softening of the vermeil finish over time.
