Returns & Replacements

14-day returns. If a piece isn’t right for you, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back: unworn and in its original packaging. Start from the contact page and we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Engraved pieces are final sale. A piece engraved for you can’t be returned or exchanged, because it carries your words. It is still covered by the two-year warranty below. Pieces without engraving, including made-to-order pieces, keep the 14-day return.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and checks out, the refund goes back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Two-year warranty. For two years from delivery, if anything isn’t right with how your piece was made, we repair or replace it free, shipping included. See the warranty details.

Shipping. Standard US shipping is free on every order. Ready-to-ship pieces arrive in 2 to 5 business days, made-to-order pieces in 2 to 3 weeks.

Resizing. The pavé stacking band can be resized free. Write to us and we’ll arrange it.
