Returns & Exchanges

30-day free returns. If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back free: unworn, in its original packaging. Start from the contact page and we'll email a prepaid label.

Refunds. Once the return arrives and checks out, your refund goes back to the original payment method within a few business days.

Resizing. The pavé stacking band can be resized free via support; write to us before returning for size reasons and we'll usually solve it faster.

Damaged or faulty. If anything is wrong when your piece arrives, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost, outside the 30-day window included.
