Our Diamonds
What is a lab-grown diamond, really?
A real diamond, grown above ground instead of mined from it. The crystal is the same carbon with the same sparkle, and it grades on the same scales; even a trained jeweler can't tell a grown stone from a mined one by eye or loupe. The real differences are where it comes from and what it costs.
Are your diamonds IGI certified?
Every piece set with a single stone of half a carat or more ships with an IGI certificate in the box: both studs, the bezel pendant and the solitaire ring. Smaller pavé and station stones sit below the size laboratories certify individually, and they are the same lab-grown diamond.
Will a lab-grown diamond hold up over a lifetime?
Yes. A diamond is the hardest material found in nature, whether grown or mined. Worn daily and cared for simply, the stone will outlast all of us.
Vermeil & Metals
What is gold vermeil?
Sterling silver (S925) plated with a thick layer of real gold, at least 2.5 microns. It is warmer and far more durable than standard plating, and the base is a precious metal in its own right. It is the reason real diamonds can live at these prices.
Will the gold wear off?
Vermeil kept away from water, perfume and gym sessions holds its glow for years. Our one-page care guide covers everything; treat it with basic kindness and it stays golden.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship from our US fulfillment center. Standard shipping is free on every order; expedited is available at checkout. You'll receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard US shipping is free, always. Expedited is a flat $15 at checkout.
Is the packaging gift-ready?
Always. Every piece arrives in the Everhart box, ready to hand over as-is, and no prices appear anywhere inside.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
30-day free returns: unworn, in original packaging, no questions. Start a return from the contact page and we'll send a label.
What if a stone falls out?
Every piece carries a 1-year stone-security guarantee: if a stone comes loose or falls out in normal wear, we replace the piece free.
Can I resize the stacking band?
Yes, resizing on the stacking band is free via support. Write to us and we'll arrange it.
Care
How do I keep vermeil golden?
Jewelry goes on last: after perfume, lotion and hairspray. Take it off for swimming, showers and the gym, wipe it with a soft cloth after wear, and rest it in its box. The full guide is here.
How do I clean the diamonds?
A soft, dry cloth after wear is usually enough. For a deeper clean, a barely damp cloth on the stone only, then dry fully. Skip ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemicals; they are unkind to vermeil.
